Holiday at Home

A four day Christian break without the fuss of travelling away from home.

Holiday at Home is an opportunity to have four days with friends doing some enjoyable things. There will be time to relax and chat, some entertainment, an outing to somewhere interesting, some optional activities such as crafts or gentle exercise, a comfortable chair for a snooze if needed and some good food provided each day, a meal out and all finished off with a service together on Sunday Morning followed by lunch.

This holiday is held each year for those who are over 65 years old.

The cost is £65.00, which included meals and an outing.

A deposit of £10 is needed to secure a place. The balance, which can be paid by installments, is required by Sunday May 24th 09. Cheques payable to Elmfield Evangelistic Trust.

Daily Programme
Each day is as relaxing and as refreshing as possible. The programme will vary from day to day but will include:
· Thought for the day—a time to worship God and focus on a thought from the Bible.
· Optional activities—crafts, talks on special interests or just chatting.
· Entertainment—something that all will enjoy
· An outing on Friday.

Meals
Morning Coffee, Lunch and Afternoon Tea are provided. Some special diets can be catered for.

Transport
If required, this can be provided to and from the church each day.

The Sunday programme will include morning service at Elmfield, followed by a drink and an opportunity to get to know a few more folk and then lunch together.
